Dusting of the UltraSonic Sensors
During my residency last year in the Czech Republic I made some ultrasonic motion sensors. Today I dusted off the sensors and built a control box which I’ll be using during an interactive performance in Hong Kong Singapore and Malaysia over the next month.
Here is a pic of where I’m upto with it… messy but workin’!
The sensors will be used to trigger relays which switch light and wireless sound heard through headphones. The space will be low lit and the lights when triggered will reveal 1 of 3 dancers who perform narrative based movements which coincide with the sound created for the piece. Got it?
